1. All items must be paid for in full before despatch
2. Payments made by cheque if not cleared by Transax are subject to 10 working days clearance from receipt
3. Special order or manufactured products must be paid for in full and no refund will be given unless fault
4. Cancelation of non stock items are subject to a 20% restocking charge
5. Delivery out of the 50 miles radius is by courier and is usually within 10 working days this may be longer on some routes
6. The cost of delivery and returns is down to the customer unless goods are faulty at the time of delivery
7. Goods must be inspected when delivered as any damage will not be accepted later
8. All timber products must be stored flat and in a dry environment
9. All timber products must be treated prior to hanging with an oil based stain – varnish – primer – base coat–top coat to the Recommended level i.e. internal doors minimum of 2 coats and external 4 coats with the final application applied after fitting All cut outs hinges – lock and letter boxes including top & bottoms of doors must be treated with the same amount
10. It is recommended that pre-glazed external doors after hanging have clear silicone run round the edge of the glass both inside and out
11. All doors must be thoroughly inspected prior to treatment or hanging of both wood and glass as a refund for products or joiners fees will not be made
12. Before fitting it is recommended that the instruction affixed to the door be read carefully
