Doors & Floors Galore Terms & Conditions
- All items must be paid for in full before despatch
- Payments made by cheque if not cleared by Transax are subject to 10 working days clearance from receipt
- Special order or manufactured products must be paid for in full and no refund will be given unless fault
- Cancelation of non stock items are subject to a 20% restocking charge
- Delivery out of the 50 miles radius is by courier and is usually within 10 working days this may be longer on some routes
- The cost of delivery and returns is down to the customer unless goods are faulty at the time of delivery
- Goods must be inspected when delivered as any damage will not be accepted later
- All timber products must be stored flat and in a dry environment
- All timber products must be treated prior to hanging with an oil based stain – varnish – primer – base coat–top coat to the Recommended level i.e. internal doors minimum of 2 coats and external 4 coats with the final application applied after fitting All cut outs hinges – lock and letter boxes including top & bottoms of doors must be treated with the same amount
- It is recommended that pre-glazed external doors after hanging have clear silicone run round the edge of the glass both inside and out
- All doors must be thoroughly inspected prior to treatment or hanging of both wood and glass as a refund for products or joiners fees will not be made
- Before fitting it is recommended that the instruction affixed to the door be read carefully
